3. Upload your JPG design. Read our file size requirements here. Artwork must be sized correctly and JPG format.

What is the turnaround time?
Please add an additional 2-3 days to our average processing time for custom backdrops. Submitting artwork that is not sized correctly will delay your order.
Do you create custom designs?
At this time we are only printing custom backdrops with designs supplied by the customer.
By placing a custom order through HSD Backdrops, you confirm that the image being submitted is your own image, or you have the rights/licensing to use it, and it is not copyrighted material.
