Photography Backdrop Turn Around Time
Our photo backdrops are made-to-order, based on the design, size and material chosen by the customer. Our processing time varies, depending on the material and volume of orders. Below are our average processing times. Please note that processing time may be longer during large sales such as Black Friday, Flash Sales, etc.
Processing time for poly paper, canvas, vinyl and fabric backdrops (8'x5' and smaller, excludes dream fabric and fleece): Typically, our processing time is 2 - 4 business days. During the busier holiday season, a large sale (such as Black Friday) or just after a large sale, our process time is typically 5-7 business days. This is an estimate and not a guarantee, as processing time depends on the volume of orders. Rush processing can be ordered for our smaller sized backdrops.
Processing time for dream fabric, polyester fabric, fleece and floor mats: Processing time is typically 5-9 business days. This is an estimate and not a guarantee, as processing time depends on the volume of orders. Processing time may be longer during or just after a large sale, such as Black Friday. Dream fabric, fleece and floor mats have a longer production time and cannot be rush processed. Please do not select an expedited shipping method when placing your order. They will ship USPS, Fedex or UPS ground. If you need an expedited shipping method please contact us before placing your order. If you order a floor mat and a poly paper backdrop, for example, these items will ship separately. Our website offers combined shipping rates. If you place an order with UPS 2nd Day Air, it's giving you the rate for combined shipping, not based on the items needing to ship separately. For this reason, please do not select an expedited shipping method at checkout. It will not ship that method. Contact us before placing your order and we will create an invoice for expedited shipping.
Please keep in mind that processing time does not include shipping time. We understand that you would like your order as quickly as possible and we work hard to get orders shipped as soon as possible. Unless rush processing is purchased, all orders are processed in the order they are received, no matter which shipping method is chosen. This is to ensure that everyone's order is shipped in a timely manner and as quickly as possible.
Because of the made-to-order nature of this product, all sales are final. Before placing your order, please be sure to check the design, material and size, to be sure everything is correct. Please see all images and the crop of the size that you chose. Some sizes are cropped at the top or sides. We cannot cancel, refund or exchange a backdrop once an order is placed. By placing an order, you agree to our processing time, return policy, and shipping policy.
