Custom Backdrop Printing FAQS

The best size depends on the number and age of your subjects, whether they will be sitting or standing, and how much space you want around them.

All backdrop dimensions are listed width first. For example, an 8' × 5' backdrop is 8 feet wide and 5 feet tall.

The listing includes one printed photography backdrop in the size and material selected. Cake smash designs are printed as shown in the artwork-only listing images.

Balloons, cakes, stands, furniture, and other decorative elements shown within the design are printed as part of the backdrop. They are not separate physical props and are not included with the order.

Please review the artwork-only listing images to determine exactly what will be printed on the backdrop.

1. Select the material and size for your first custom backdrop.
2. Upload the artwork intended for that backdrop.
3. Complete the required upload step and add the backdrop to your cart.
4. Return to or refresh the custom backdrop listing.
5. Repeat the process separately for each additional backdrop and artwork file.

Please confirm that the correct artwork is attached to each size and material before completing checkout.

No. Backdrop stands, clamps, mounting equipment, props, and other accessories are not included. The listing is for the printed backdrop only.

We do not recommend using Poly Paper backdrops outdoors. Paper backdrops may be damaged by moisture, humidity, wind, dirt, or uneven outdoor surfaces.

Fabric backdrops may be used outdoors for short periods when the weather is dry and the backdrop is properly secured. Avoid prolonged sun exposure, which may contribute to fading.

If you need a custom product specifically intended for outdoor use, please contact us before ordering to ask about available Vinyl options.

No. We offer custom backdrop printing using finished artwork or a finished photograph supplied by the customer. We do not currently create original custom designs as part of this service.

No. We do not offer double-sided backdrop printing. All custom backdrops are printed on one side only.

Select your preferred material and size on the custom backdrop listing, then upload your finished artwork or photograph before adding the item to your cart.

We provide downloadable custom backdrop templates to help you prepare your file at the correct dimensions.

The artwork should already be fully designed, properly sized, and ready to print when it is submitted.

• Color format: RGB
• Resolution: 300 DPI using the dimensions shown on the corresponding template
• Maximum file size: 200MB

No. Because the artwork is created, sized, and submitted by the customer, proofs are not sent before the order enters production. Your file will be printed as submitted.

Before uploading your file, inspect the complete artwork at 100% in Photoshop or another professional image-editing program. Check for:

• Blurriness or pixelation
• Spelling and text errors
• Incorrect colors or edits
• Improper placement or cropping
• Missing design elements

If an image appears pixelated when viewed at 100%, it will also appear pixelated when printed. Enlarging a small image does not add detail or improve its quality.

Production may begin shortly after an order is placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that artwork, size, material, orientation, quantity, or other order details can be changed after checkout.

Please carefully review your file and all selected options before submitting your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately, but understand that a change may no longer be possible.

Please add approximately 2–3 business days to the average processing time listed for your selected material.

Files that are incorrectly sized, incomplete, corrupted, or otherwise not ready to print may delay the order. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s shipping time.

Coupon codes are not valid on custom backdrop or custom cutout printing unless the promotion specifically states that it applies to custom products.

Orders placed using an ineligible discount may be adjusted, placed on hold, or canceled and refunded.

We cannot print copyright- or trademark-protected artwork without authorization from the owner. This includes licensed cartoon characters, movie and television characters, professional photographs, illustrations, logos, and other artwork owned by another person or company.

You must own the submitted artwork or have permission from the copyright owner to reproduce it. By submitting a file, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and authorization to have it printed.

We may request proof of ownership or written authorization. If acceptable documentation or replacement artwork cannot be provided, the order may be canceled and refunded.

Due to the personalized nature of custom-printed products, all custom backdrop sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom backdrops unless required under our applicable order-issue policy.

We cannot provide a refund or reprint because of low resolution, pixelation, spelling errors, design placement, cropping, or other problems present in customer-submitted artwork.

If your backdrop arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the requested photographs of the backdrop, packaging, and shipping label.
