Because all backdrops are made-to-order based on the options you select, no cancellations, exchanges or returns will be accepted once your order goes into production. If in the event we allow a return, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping, and up to a 50% stocking fee, as we will have to add the backdrop to clearance. Please check the design, size and material before placing your order. All sales are final.
If you receive a damaged product, YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT with photos of the damage to the packaging and damage to the backdrop. When a package is damaged en route, it will often have a red "damaged" stamp on it with a file number. If there is a "damaged" stamp, please provide us with a photo of the stamp and file number. These photos are required for us to file a claim. After we have received the photos of the damage, you will receive an affidavit that needs to be signed an returned. Once the images and affidavit are received, a replacement backdrop will be shipped out immediately.
Please open your package within 48 hours of receipts. If you receive the wrong product by mistake, or there are any issues, we must be notified within 7 days of receipt. If it is our error, we will create a new order for a replacement. We do not offer refunds.
Our backdrops are printed in CMYK color and your monitor is showing you RGB color. The colors you see on the website are intended to be used as a guide as there may be variances in color with different monitor calibrations. Because we cannot control the color reproduction of a customer’s computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the actual print color will precisely match the example as it appears on your monitor. Grunge/texture/distressing may be found on some designs and is intentional. No refunds or returns are given for color differences.
