Custom Backdrop Printing FAQS
What size backdrop should I order?
5' x 5' is popular for newborn photography backdrops.
8' x 5' can snugly fit 2-3 children at the same time. This size is recommended for small children who will be sitting, This is also our most popular size for cake smash sessions.
10' x 8' can accommodate 4-5 persons in one photo (ex: mom and dad standing and children in front of them). This is a popular size for family portraits.
12' x 8' is for group or family photo sessions and gives you a little more room than the 10'x8'.
8’ x 12’ and 8’ x 15' are popular for backdrop sweeps (backdrop and photo combined), which are often used for maternity sessions.
How do I order multiple custom backdrops?
After selecting the material and size, upload your image, then click "add" to add the image and then add the listing to your cart. Refresh the page and then repeat the steps for each backdrop.
Does it include a backdrop stand for the backdrop?
No, backdrop stands are not included.
Can I use your custom backdrops outdoors?
We do not recommend using our poly paper backdrops outdoors. Fabric can be used outside for short periods to prevent fading. If you are in need of an outdoor banner printed, please contact us here for a quote for a vinyl backdrop.
Do you offer custom design services?
Unfortunately, not at this time. We offer custom backdrop printing with your own design.
Can I print on both sides of the backdrops?
We do not offer double sided printing. All backdrops are printed on one side.
How do I print my design or photo on a backdrop?
You can directly upload your artwork or photos when placing your order. We also offer blank templates to make sizing simple.
What file type, format, and resolution should I upload my file in?
Files must be RGB color and JPG format. Artwork should be 300 dpi. Our sizing guide can be found here.
Do you offer proofing before we proceed to print?
Because files are created and submitted by you, proofs are not sent before your order goes into production. Before submitting your picture or artwork, please zoom in on the image at 100% in Photoshop to be sure everything looks clear. If the image looks pixelated in Photoshop it will print pixelated.
How long does it take to print your custom backdrops?
Please add 1-2 business days to our average processing time for custom printed backdrops. Submitting artwork that is not sized correctly will delay your order.
Are coupon codes valid on custom backdrops?
Coupon codes are not valid on custom backdrop and cutout printing unless the coupon code specifically states that it can be used on custom backdrops.
