Processing & Shipping: All rubber backed floors are made-to-order. Processing time is typically 7 - 10 business days. Mat floors will ship separately from the rest of your order. HSD Backdrops will decide the shipping method based on your location. It is not guaranteed that your floor mat will ship the method that you select at checkout. If you select UPS 2 Day Air, for example, and the cost for us to ship your floor mat UPS 2 Day Air is more than what you paid at checkout, we do not send an invoice for the difference (this causes processing delays). Instead, a lower cost shipping method will be chosen. By placing an order through HSD Backdrops for a floor mat, you agree to these terms.
Matching Set: If you are planning on pairing up two wood designs for a backdrop and floor, we highly recommend purchasing both backdrops in the same material and size for the best match. We do not recommend pairing the same wood design, one poly paper and the other a mat floor, for example. The colors will not be the same.
*** CANADIAN RESIDENTS: If ordering an 8'x8', 10'x8' or 12'x7' floor mat you may receive an invoice for additional shipping fees. Because of their larger size, they have additional handling fees which are not automatically aded at checkout. If you would like a quote before placing your order please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote. We cannot ship floor mats to Canada with expedited shipping.
