To ensure a high quality print, please make sure to use high quality artwork and the dimensions listed below for the size that you are ordering. Artwork needs to be JPG format and no larger than 200MB.

Due to the custom nature of this product, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for custom backdrops and cannot cover dissatisfaction based on low image quality due to a low resolution picture/artwork submitted. Please view your artwork in Photoshop at 100% to be sure that your artwork is crisp and not pixelated. If your backdrop arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
We have the right to refuse service. If we feel that your image/artwork is inappropriate your order will be canceled and refunded.
