All rubber-backed photo floor sizes are listed in feet with the width first and length second. For example, a 7' × 5' floor mat measures approximately 7 feet wide × 5 feet long.

Many wood floor designs can be rotated and used vertically or horizontally. For sizes such as 7' × 5' and 10' × 5', the wood planks will generally run horizontally across the width of the floor.

The direction and apparent width of the planks may vary depending on the original design, the size selected, and the crop required for that size. The plank proportions may look different from one size to another.

All rubber-backed photo floors are made to order based on the exact design and size selected by the customer.

Average processing time is approximately 7–10 business days. Processing time begins before the item ships and does not include carrier transit time.

Rush processing is not available for rubber-backed photo floors. Processing times are estimates and may vary during busy seasons, large sales, or periods of increased order volume.

Rubber-backed photo floors may require different packaging and will ship separately from photography backdrops or other materials included in the same order.

Separate packages may have different tracking numbers, shipment dates, and delivery dates. Receiving one portion of your order does not necessarily mean that the remaining items were omitted.

HSD Backdrops will select the most appropriate carrier for the floor mat based on the package, destination, cost, and available service. Depending on the order, your mat may ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Selecting a particular carrier at checkout does not guarantee that the floor mat itself will ship through that carrier. For example, selecting UPS at checkout does not guarantee that the mat will be shipped by UPS.

Because every rubber-backed photo floor is made to order in the design and size selected by the customer, all sales are final.

We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for customer ordering errors, including an incorrect design, size, orientation, quantity, or shipping address.

Please carefully review your complete order before checking out. If you have questions about a design or size, contact us before placing your order.

Please inspect your floor mat promptly after delivery. If it arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Please keep all packaging and be prepared to provide clear photographs and video showing:

• The complete floor mat
• The damaged or defective area
• The shipping packaging
• The shipping label

Rubber-backed floors may stretch slightly during manufacturing and may not always lie completely flat immediately after being unrolled. Slight waviness or movement caused by normal stretching is not considered a defect and is not eligible for a refund, return, exchange, or replacement.

Different printing materials absorb and display ink differently. A rubber-backed floor mat will not necessarily be the same color, brightness, contrast, or saturation as the same design printed on Royal Fleece, Fleece, Dream Fabric, Poly Paper, or vinyl.

We do not recommend pairing the same wood design printed on two different materials when an exact color match is required. For example, a wood design printed on Poly Paper may not match the same wood design printed as a rubber-backed floor mat.

If you need a wall and floor to coordinate as closely as possible, we recommend ordering both pieces in the same material and at the same time whenever that option is available.

The printed floor mat may vary from the digital artwork displayed on our website. Computer and mobile screens display illuminated RGB color, while physical products are printed using a different color process.

Monitor calibration, screen brightness, material, lighting, camera settings, white balance, and editing may all affect how a design appears.

In-use photographs show a printed product in a photographer’s individual studio environment. These images may have been edited and should be viewed as inspiration rather than an exact color reference.

Color variations between digital artwork, printed materials, and customer photographs are expected and are not considered defects.

If your rubber-backed photo floor becomes dirty, it may be rinsed with a garden hose and allowed to dry completely. For small areas, use a soft damp cloth and gently wipe the surface.

• Do not scrub the printed surface with an abrasive brush or sponge.
• Do not use bleach, solvents, harsh stain removers, or abrasive cleaners.
• Do not use a pressure washer.
• Do not place the floor mat in a washing machine or dryer.
• Allow the mat to dry completely before rolling or storing it.

Some frosting dyes, food coloring, liquids, paint, dirt, or other substances may permanently stain the printed surface.

Rubber-backed photo floors may be stored flat or rolled. When space allows, we recommend storing the mat flat to reduce the chance of bubbling, curling, or waviness.

If the mat must be rolled:

• Make sure it is completely clean and dry before storage.
• Roll it evenly without sharp folds or creases.
• Do not place heavy objects on top of the rolled mat.
• Store it in a clean, dry, temperature-controlled location.

After extended rolled storage, allow the mat time to relax and flatten before your photography session.
